Ellie Zilberman began her career in the insurance industry in 2023, working across SME insurance and domestic insurance policies, with a strong focus on complex claims management.
At CPS General Insurance, Ellie supports clients across Sydney and NSW by providing tailored insurance advice and guidance through challenging claims and risk situations. She is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes, helping clients navigate risks with confidence and ensuring they are properly protected with the right insurance solutions.
Currently studying English at university, Ellie brings strong communication skills and attention to detail to her role. She is passionate about building long-term client relationships and takes the time to understand each client’s needs, delivering reliable support across personal, SME, and commercial insurance.
Outside of work, Ellie enjoys rock climbing, exploring national parks, and discovering new cafés.
