Chelsea Norval leads CPS General Insurance, combining strong leadership with hands-on expertise in commercial insurance, risk management, and client advisory services across Sydney and NSW.

With extensive experience in insurance broking, Chelsea is dedicated to delivering tailored insurance solutions for businesses and individuals. She focuses on building long-term client relationships, providing strategic advice, and ensuring clients are protected with the right coverage to manage risk effectively. Known for her responsiveness, organisation, and strong work ethic, Chelsea is committed to supporting clients when it matters most.
Chelsea holds a Diploma of Insurance Broking and is a Qualified Practising Insurance Broker (QPIB), Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) and Senior Associate of ANZIIF. She is also an ASIC Tier 1 Authorised Representative in both Insurance Broking and General Insurance, demonstrating her high level of technical knowledge and industry expertise.
In recognition of her contributions to the industry, Chelsea was awarded the 2023 Resilium Young Professional of the Year. She was also selected as one of 25 participants in the 2024/2025 Hollard Insurance Australia and Steadfast Aspire Program – an elite leadership initiative designed to develop and empower women in insurance.

Outside of leading the CPS team, Chelsea is a busy mum of two and brings the same energy, organisation, and dedication to both her professional and personal life.
