Chelsea Norval – General Manager
Between leading the team at CPS General and being a mum of two lively toddlers, Chelsea is kept quite busy, but this doesn’t faze her at all.
Chelsea is dedicated to further building the CPS name while continuing to develop quality relationships with all her clients by exceeding their expectations. She prides herself on being available to assist when it matters most, is extremely well organised and has a very strong work ethic.
Chelsea is a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) and is a Certified Insurance Professional (CIP). She has a Diploma of Insurance Broking and is accredited as an ASIC Tier 1 Authorised Representative in both Insurance Broking and General Insurance.
Chelsea has been awarded the 2023 Resilium Insurance Broking – Young Professional of the Year.
Chelsea was selected as one of 25 female participants for the Hollard Insurance Australia and Steadfast Group Limited Aspire Program.
This program is designed to elevate females in the insurance industry to grow and foster their knowledge whilst aiming to empower more women into management and leadership roles.
